The Right to Return - Cooling-off period
Occasionally, you may want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you received your goods without giving any reason.
As part of the 'Act Remote Buying' the consumer, when making purchases over the Internet, has the right to a 'cooling off' period of 14 days after delivery of the product. Within this period a product can be returned without reason, with the returning costs at the Consumer´s expense. If an order is already refused at the door, the consumer has to pay the shipping costs.
If you wish to return the goods and cancel the order made through this site, do this as soon as possible after reception. To exercise this right, submit the return form on this site. Please state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Consequences of applying the right to return
For a correct application of the law, both parties shall reverse the mutual services provided.
- Submit the returnform within 14 days after delivery of your order.
- If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.
- If the consumer cannot return the received product, or only partially or in deteriorated condition, then he will have to compensate the loss. This does not apply if the impairment is solely due to the checking or use of the delivered product, to the extent necessary to judge whether the consumer wishes to keep the product as for example in a shop would have been possible. The consumer may reduce the risk of loss by not using the product and take no actions that omits the value of the product.
- Please note that shipping costs and risks are at the consumer's expense. The Consumer shall return the product with all delivered accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging and postage prepaid (postage due mail is already refused by PostNL).
- For a quick settlement always add a copy of your order with the phrase 'cancellation' and your bank account number. It is not enough to just send the goods back.
- If the returned goods are complete, if possible in original packaging and unused, we will refund the paid purchase price as soon as possible to your account.
- We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
- - The return policy as listed and described here is only applicable for individuals. Companies can contact our Business to Business division with questions about the possibilities of returns.
Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. Please fill out the return form. Enter your order number or invoice number and state which products you want to exchange. Please note that you’re will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
